Who Receives Messages
SMS notifications sent via our Twilio toll-free number are sent exclusively to internal team members and employees of In Advance Capital. These messages are not sent to clients, leads, or any external parties.
How Team Members Opt In
Team members provide their explicit consent to receive SMS notifications during the onboarding process. Consent is collected via a written opt-in agreement signed at the time of employment or when joining the internal communications platform. Team members may also opt in by texting START to our designated number.
Types of Messages Sent
Messages sent to team members include:
- Account activity alerts and status updates
- Internal event reminders and scheduling notifications
- Operational announcements and team communications
- System alerts related to business operations

Opt-Out Instructions
Team members may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, team members may reply START or contact their manager.

Team members who need assistance can reply HELP to any message or contact the internal IT/operations team directly.

Phone numbers collected for SMS notifications are used solely for internal communications. We do not share, sell, or disclose phone numbers to any third parties. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
